The primary role of the Assistant Matron is to support the happiness, welfare, and well-being of the boys in the House. S/he will report directly to the Matron and/or Housemaster and will be a key point of contact for parents and other colleagues.
The Assistant Matron, working on a part time basis, assists Matron in her role as well as covering the Matron’s day off.
Hours of Work: 18 hours per week
Tuesdays: 1.00pm to 6.30pm
Wednesdays: 7.00am to 10.30am
Thursdays: 12.00pm to 6.00pm
Saturdays: 8.30am to 11.30am
Salary: £12.21 per hour for hours worked Monday to Friday. Hours worked on a Saturday are paid at time and a half. Actual salary for role will be £9,999.99 per annum.
