Job Title: Executive Assistant (1-2-1)
Permanent | Monday - Friday (4 days in-office, 1 day WFH)

Our client, a prestigious and expanding US law firm located in a beautiful London setting, is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide dedicated 1-2-1 support to a Senior Shareholder. This is an exciting new role within their growing team, offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Extensive diary management: Coordinating schedules, prioritising meetings, and ensuring seamless organisation.Complex travel arrangements: Planning and managing multi-leg itineraries across multiple time zones.Meeting coordination: Scheduling client meetings, setting up conference calls, and ensuring all logistics are in place.Minute-taking & agenda preparation: Attending key meetings, taking detailed notes, and preparing comprehensive agendas and minutes.Event & social planning: Booking venues for client engagements, lunches, dinners, and other business events.Ad-hoc support: Assisting with last-minute changes, problem-solving, and ensuring the smooth running of the executive's day-to-day operations.Ideal Candidate Profile
