Overview:
Aman is seeking a diligent and highly organised Project Manager to lead the workflow and timings management across the Aman Group portfolio, including Aman and Janu hotels & resorts and Residences. This role has a particular focus on Aman Group Residences, the epitome of luxury living, managing the Aman Group Residence’s workflow across briefs, from marketing materials to in-Residence touchpoints, aimed at the ultra-wealthy.This role requires a meticulous approach to managing project timelines, coordinating diverse stakeholders, and ensuring strict adherence to budgets—all while upholding Aman's uncompromising standards of excellence. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency across multiple projects, ensuring seamless delivery and brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
Project Management- Lead and oversee the end-to-end management of creative projects for luxury residential developments, ensuring seamless delivery across print, digital, and environmental collateral.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables while maintaining alignment with brand standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a meticulous approach, adapting to evolving requirements while ensuring deadlines and quality expectations are met.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution at every stage of the project lifecycle.
- Establish, track, and manage project budgets meticulously, ensuring expenditures align with financial objectives.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality and maintain financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with procurement and finance teams to ensure accountability and transparency.
- Serve as the key liaison between internal creative teams, external vendors, contractors, and senior stakeholders to ensure expectations are met.
- Anticipate and mitigate potential roadblocks by proactively identifying solutions and managing project risks.
- Implement best practices and project management tools to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Continuously assess and refine processes to enhance productivity and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience in project management within the luxury residential or high-end hospitality sectors.
- Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience in budget management and cost control.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities, ensuring clear alignment and execution.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Monday.com) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A deep understanding of the creative process, timelines, and luxury brand expectations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of precision and professionalism.
