Key Responsibilities
Undertake assessments, care planning, and reviews in line with statutory requirementsManage a varied caseload involving child protection, CIN, and court work
Conduct Section 47 investigations and safeguarding enquiries
Work collaboratively with multi-agency professionals to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children
Prepare high-quality reports and maintain accurate case records
Attend strategy meetings, conferences, and court proceedings where required
Requirements
Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registrationStrong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
Experience completing assessments and managing complex cases
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service preferred
