Health and Safety Risk Assessor (Contract) We are seeking experienced Health and Safety Risk Assessors to provide services to clients across London and the South East on a contract basis. This role will involve conducting comprehensive risk assessments for a residential and commercial buildings.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct risk assessments for residential and commercial properties. Identify and assess hazards, ensuring that all potential risks to health and safety are promptly recognised. Evaluate risk severity and likelihood and prioritize mitigation strategies to protect employees, visitors and the environment.
Recommend and implement control measures to minimize risks. Monitor and review safety protocols to ensure they are effective and up to date with industry best practices and regulations. Document findings in detailed, accurate risk assessment reports and maintain comprehensive records for compliance and auditing purposes.
Requirements: NEBOSH Certificate as a minimum and preferably higher-level qualification. At least 2 years proven experience in a Health and Safety role and possess skills transferable to consultancy. Relevant fire qualifications would be beneficial but not essential.

Available to work a minimum of 3 days a week, on-going. The role has been assessed as outside IR35.
