About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with customer service delivery experience to join us as an office based technical administrator for our farming and inspection allocation teams. Ideally you will have an interest in agriculture and the organic sector.You need to be a proactive individual to support the teams in delivering excellent customer service. This role offers a great opportunity to grow and develop your skills while learning about organic certification and contributing to an organization dedicated to making a positive impact on the environment.
About You
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as you will be handling customer inquiries and supporting our teams. Experience using databases, working in an administrative role.A passion for sustainability and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service are crucial.
