Progamme Manager - Tools & Process

Forseven, a revolutionary company is looking to transform the EV industry through cutting-edge technology and innovative engineering practices, are seeking Programme Manager - Tools & Process to join our highly skilled and Programmes team.

The role will operate in a hybrid capacity out of our offices in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.

Reporting to the Senior Programme Manager, you will be responsible for defining, implementing and maintaining a toolset that enables cross functional teams to deliver breathtaking products at speed and quality. Working with the business leaders to continually improve, evolve and optimise as the business grows.

What you will do:

• Ownership of a tool & process roadmap to enable the business to develop new products and bring to market.
• Leading key cross functional creation forums to maintain a continuous improvement mindset
• To provide the tools, processes and reports to enable effective decision making and mitigation of risks and issues.
• Work closely with the Programme Management delivery team to effectively plan resource across the various programmes.
• Support other functions in the business where a process best practice & mindset is required.

Who you are:

• Display Programme Management experience within the automotive/manufacturing industry
• Experience leading and motivating a team
• Ability to lead and influence non direct reports
• Experienced in defining KPI's and ability to storyboard and compile exec summaries
• Experienced using JIRA & OnePlan
