Key Responsibilities:

• Manage tenancy renewals, property inspections, maintenance requests, and rent arrears
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
• Ensure compliance with all current lettings legislation and company policies
• Handle and resolve property-related issues with a high level of professionalism
• Conduct property inspections and coordinate necessary maintenance
• Prioritise workload to meet deadlines and ensure an outstanding client experience

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in residential property management within an estate agency or lettings setting
• Strong knowledge of lettings processes and property management best practices
• Highly organised, with excellent administration and prioritisation skills
• Confident communication skills and a professional telephone manner
• Customer-focused, with an ability to build lasting client relationships
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
