- Salary: It is anticipated you will receive from £14.04 (minimum contracted rate) to £16.50 (rate inclusive of TRONC) per hour worked - inclusive of an independently administered TRONC allowance

The ideal candidate for the Chef de Partie role will:
- Be fanatical about standards and genuinely cares about the quality of the food they prepare
- Build excellent relationships with kitchen and Front of House team members to keep everything running smoothly.
- Deliver the spirit of Italy to our guests while creating some Instagramable moments
- That shares our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment and Care
- Have previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a restaurant and a passion for cooking Italian cuisine
