Real Estate Paralegal
A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced and well-educated Real Estate paralegal to join this well-respected global law firm. This is a permanent, full-time position based in either the Glasgow or Edinburgh office.
In this role, the successful candidate will focus on supporting clients on a wide variety of real estate transactions independently from inception to completion. Supervision will be on hand, but candidates must be able to 'hit the ground running' from day one.Specifically, duties will include managing a busy caseload of transactions, drafting and negotiating documents, dealing with sales and purchases, managing completion and post-completion registrations, alongside a variety of paralegal and administrative tasks.
Exemplary IT, Organisational and Communicate skills are key to this role, as are superb academics (including a good law degree).
This role will be performed on a hybrid basis. However, applicants must live in (or live within commutable distance to) Glasgow or Edinburgh.
