• Lead the Accounting & Finance department, ensuring smooth operations.
• Prepare and present financial reports and budgets.
• Coordinate and complete annual audits.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the senior management team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• Working towards an accounting certification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA), or qualified by experience
• Proven experience in a similar role within the Not For Profit sector.
• Excellent leadership abilities and team management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• An annual salary ranging from £38,000 to £43,000.
