Teaching Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher in creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
- Support children with their academic, social, and emotional development.
- Collaborate with the teaching staff to develop and implement engaging lesson plans.
- Provide one-to-one support to children with specific learning needs.
- Foster a safe and nurturing atmosphere conducive to learning.
Requirements:
- A minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent qualification) preferred.
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in an Early Years setting or in a similar role.
- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for education and the ability to motivate and inspire children.
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
