Administration Assistant and pick/pack

We at 3PLWOW are looking for a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow within a dynamic work environment. You will provide essential administrative support to the office while also assisting in the warehouse with picking and packing orders.
Key responsibilities
Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately, whether B2C or B2B, using our in-house systems.
Stock Management: Handle stock deliveries, update inventories with new stock, and deduct stock when orders are fulfilled. Conduct regular stock counts to ensure accuracy.Administrative Duties: Utilize Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to maintain records, generate reports, Process orders, deal with our clients queries and assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with both warehouse and office teams to ensure smooth operations.Training: Be open to learning new skills and procedures; full training will be provided.
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or administrative role is a plus, but not essential.Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Familiarity with warehouse management systems is an advantage.
Attitude: Eager to learn, adaptable, and willing to take on a variety of tasks. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Physical Ability: Capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting and moving boxes.
