What our clients are looking for
Our clients are seeking dedicated and passionate Home Care Assistants to join our care and support team. You will work delivering person centred, specialised care to our clients in their own homes on a one to one basis. This will enable you to maintain a clinical and supportive overview of your client.
We are looking for Home Care Assistants who can build positive relationships with a range of clients and their families as we understand the importance that we play in their lives.
Do you need experience?
You don't need to have experience in Care, or even in Domiciliary Care, because we are happy to provide training and support to give you the best possible start for your career in care, we are looking for someone who is really passionate about helping others.We welcome those with no prior experience, full training and shadow shifts will be provided to ensure you are comfortable in your new career.
Your role
Your role will be to deliver a high quality of care to our clients in their own home, this many include medication management (assisting and administrating), personal care and hygiene, helping with duties around the house, and being an emotional support.

In line with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, we require and will undertake Enhanced DBS/PVG, Right to Work, Reference and Employment History checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice. You may be asked to provide your employment details through HMRC.
