Please note this role a 12 month Fixed Term Contract and will be employed via Dekra, an external contractor.

Job Purpose:

  • To support in the scoping, approval and delivery of key Ownership strategy projects
  • To co-ordinate the re-tender of critical Ownership business contracts, easing burden on operational managers
  • To manage internal project approval, compliance and due diligence processes to ensure

Specific Areas of Responsibility:

  1. Management of Porsche Mobile Engineer concept development and tender through to contract stage
  2. Support Development of the Porsche Mobile Tyre concept
  3. Supporting the retender and contract development of Porsche Assistance in the UK
  4. Supporting wider Ownership project management and concept development as required

Core Responsibilities:

  • To manage the project processes for key strategic Ownership projects, ensuring delivery in line with agreed timings
  • To provide periodic updates to departmental manager and ECM audiences
  • To work with key project stakeholders and subject matter experts, to ensure their engagement and input at relevant points
  • To act as the central point of coordination for key tender processes,
  • To co-ordinate key stakeholder meetings to ensure correct collaboration across departments
  • To ensure projects and requests follow the agreed PPP project approval process
  • To coordinate the necessary IT security a data privacy due diligence/approval processes
  • Supplier management including contract and tender management in coordination with Purchasing department
  • Identify and manage any budget requirements related to the project scoping or approval process (e.g external counsel fees) and co-ordinate with relevant departmental manager
  • Develop strong working relationships with relevant Porsche AG and Centre network contacts related to your portfolio
  • Collaboration with all stakeholders to your portfolio including:
  • PCGB Management
  • Porsche Centre Network
  • Internal departments, Regional Managers and colleagues
  • Porsche AG
  • External partners, suppliers, agencies

Requirements

Core Accountabilities:

  • To understand and assist in the delivery of Business Strategy and Objectives
  • Be able to communicate clearly the objectives and status of projects within your portfolio (deferring to subject matter experts as required)
  • Deliver an agreed level of service to internal and external customers, business partners and external suppliers
  • Achieve agreed project delivery targets and milestones
  • Contribute fully within the team, ensuring the right environment is maintained
  • Ensure the appropriate level of management control, compliance and system use is applied to all relevant systems
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures and processes at all times
