Job Description

• Provide legal advisory services in the field of Debt Capital Markets (DCM).
• Prepare and review legal documents related to financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with the DCM team to address legal issues.
• Manage legal risk within the financial transactions.
• Conduct legal research to support decision-making.
• Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide training to the DCM team on legal matters.

The Successful Applicant

A successful DCM Legal Advisor should be/have:

• A qualified solicitor in England & Wales and hold a valid practising certificate degree.
• Strong experience of Debt Capital Markets (DCM).
• Knowledge of financial regulations and laws.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as a part of a team.
