Location: BatleyPosition: Part-Time Sales Associate
Shift: Fri 9am- 5pm
Sat 10am-5pmHourly Rate: £12.99
Role Overview:Gi group are currently recruiting for a bespoke furniture company based in Batley West Yorkshire, we are looking for a reliable, highly motivated and customer- focused sales associate to join the team.
Duties Include; * Front of house- Welcoming customers
- Admin tasks
- Promoting of products and services
- Interacting with customers and directing them around the show room
- Efficiently assisting customer enquiries
- Product knowledge
- Handling confidential post - incoming and outgoing
- Following up customer phone calls
- Supporting diary management
- Scheduling appointments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and professional demeaner.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Basic administrative skills and familiarity with handling correspondence.
- Sales experience is preferred but not essential, a willingness to learn is key.
