• Operating stock preparation equipment and ensure continuous supply of machine stock
• Operating pulpers, refiners, powder make-down, chemical dousing & water systems
• Operating scissor lifts, driving a forklift truck (including rotator & clamp)
• Carrying out cleaning tasks, chemical cleans, equipment set up & safety checks
• Understanding production schedules and achieve required production outputs
• Accurately completing/ recording all relevant data/documentation as required

• Ideally some experience in a paper mill/paper converting/process industry
• Experience within manufacturing, chemicals, paper converting, print, textiles
• Experience working in a factory environment and shift work & happy to work nights/weekends
• Food or pharma experience or experience within a high hygiene environment
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Compassionate, empathetic, with good problem-solving skills
