The Role: A fantastic opportunity for a proactive Retail Supervisor to join our supportive and friendly retail team.As a Supervisor your main responsibilities include:
- To assist the store manager in the efficient operation of the store or concession particularly in any management absence.
- To train and coach staff.
- Ensuring our customers receive the right standards of service.
- Understanding our product range and fit profiles.
- Achieving your sales targets.
- Ensuring the shops look attractive and with the highest standards of visual displays for our shoe ranges.
- Giving our customer a fantastic retail experience, ensuring the right product for the right person.
