A purpose-built luxury care home is now looking for an attentive and considerate Care Assistant to join their team just outside Frinton-on-Sea.Against a backdrop of tended private gardens and charming countryside, the team provides expert residential, nursing and dementia care recognised by a fully “Good” CQC rating in a truly deluxe environment. With the home specially designed for purpose, residents are helped to stay as comfortable and independent as possible while enjoying cosy en-suite rooms, fantastic social and pampering spaces, and an extensive activities programme.As a Care Assistant, you’ll join a close-knit team in assisting residents with their care needs and in providing direct support and companionship, helping to make every day cheerful and comfortable.You’ll be able to take on further learning opportunities as part of your role that will help you to develop, progress, and enjoy a rewarding career in care.This is a permanent, full-time position, days or nights available.
