We are seeking a dedicated Engineering and Facilities Supervisor to manage the planned and preventative maintenance of Mechanical & Electrical equipment. This role ensures compliance with current regulations, resolves issues raised by stakeholders, and completes all works safely and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage M&E maintenance works, including statutory compliance testing, fault finding, and minor repairs.
• Plan and prioritize workload for the building technician, maintaining accurate records.
• Ensure all works comply with health & safety legislation.
• Liaise with customers, keeping them informed about the nature and duration of works.
• Assist the Facilities Manager in formulating a 5-year maintenance program.

Essential:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
• Knowledge of Facilities Management and H&S legislation.
• Demonstrable experience in M&E maintenance and repairs.
• Clear communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Full Driving Licence

Desirable:

• Experience with soft service providers and supervising specialist contractors.

• The role includes emergency responsibilities.

• £45,000 - £47,500 Per Annum
• Car Allowance £2,600
