Administrator / EHCP Co-ordinator - Full Time, Term Time Only
Are you a highly organised administrator with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of SEND processes? Do you have a calm, professional manner and a passion for supporting young people with complex needs? If so, we would love to hear from you.
We are looking for an Administrator / EHCP Co-ordinator to join our central administration team and play a vital role in ensuring that all Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant. Working closely with school leaders, teachers, families, and the Local Authority, you will coordinate the EHCP annual review cycle and keep all SEN documentation updated and well-organised.
This is a busy, varied role requiring someone who can manage deadlines, communicate clearly and compassionately with a range of stakeholders, and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism. You will also contribute to general administration and reception support during quieter EHCP periods, helping with the smooth day-to-day running of the school office.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has substantial, recent administration experience in a school or similar setting.
- Understands SEN practices and the statutory EHCP process.
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Can confidently use Microsoft Office (including Teams, Excel and SharePoint).
- Is highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage conflicting priorities.
- Works well independently and as part of a supportive team.
- Has experience dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
Experience of school information systems and coordinating EHCPs is highly desirable. However, if you are a quick learner with the right attitude and transferable skills, we would still like to hear from you.
