Training & Development Coordinator (Green skills and Energy Technology)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training and Development Co-ordinator to join our Green Skills and Energy Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs that equip students with the skills needed for careers in renewable energy and energy efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver high-quality training programs in renewable energy technologies, energy efficiency, and sustainability.Collaborate with industry partners to ensure training programs meet current and future workforce needs.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.Provide guidance and support to students, helping them to achieve their career goals.Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in green technologies
We are looking for someone who is has a passion for sustainability and green technologies and is enthusiastic and passionate about supporting colleagues and learners. You will have knowledge of and the ability to demonstrate relevant industry skills along with proven experience in training and development, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
Being organised and able to meet deadlines is also essential along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Cambridge Regional College is committed to leading the way in sustainable education and training.
