Overview:
Be part of an experienced Strategic Alliances Team to drive HireRight revenue growth through Partnerships in EMEA and APAC. HireRight’s partnerships have fueled strong growth and continue to be a differentiator in the marketplace. This role provides the opportunity to form strong working relationships with top tier ATS partners to drive collaboration that is effective, sustainable, and aligned with HireRight objectives, driving mutual benefits for both parties, and providing best in class solutions for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage existing, established global partner programs to develop, maintain, and nurture key relationships with partner executives, sales and technical contacts in EMEA and APAC.
- Optimize value of partnerships to expand HireRight’s reach and enhance offerings.
- Drive value of partners through engagement with cross-functional teams including Sales and Account Management to train and facilitate lead referral activity; Product Management to develop technology road map for each partnership; Marketing to develop comarketing ideas.
- Drive partner growth activities through field sales engagement and track joint sales pipeline to meet or exceed revenue targets and key sales objectives.
- Develop and implement annual business plan including, but not limited to, alignment to business objectives, opportunity development, competitive strategies, targets to drive sales growth and new revenue channels.
- Consistently analyze, track and measure Partner performance to determine whether the partnership is adequately leveraging its business advantage.
- Collaborate with Alliances Manager counterparts in North America to develop and execute a cohesive global partner engagement and growth strategy.
- Maintain contract compliance and deliverables.

- Strategic problem-solving skills, resourceful and driven, with excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to make prompt, sound decisions when faced with complex situations resulting in successful outcomes.
- Contract negotiation skills.
- Strong project management, organization and follow through skills.
- Understand integration workflow and functionality.
- Owns performance and results of partner portfolio in EMEA and APAC aligned to overall Partner strategy.
- Identify and resolve partner related challenges.
- Facilitate resolution of customer escalations with accountable HireRight resources.
- Interact with management both within and outside of work unit.
- Situations may have little or no precedent, requiring original or new concepts or approaches with minimal guidance from others.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in partnership management or business development.
- Demonstrable successful outcomes in building and managing pipeline with partners.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and relationship building skills. Ability to build and maintain multi-threaded relationships within large complex organizations.
- Familiarity with GTM strategies, co-marketing programs, and sales enablement.
- Experience in using business data analytics and reporting tools such as Salesforce and Tableau preferred.
