Salary: circa £150,000, plus benefits, bonus Looking for a fresh new challenge for 2025 I’m currently working with a unique business in Central London, renowned as a leader in the luxury, high-end hospitality sector with two flagship sites. They’re the newest “place to be seen” in London, offering a variety of revenue streams under one roof. With seasonal sites and an exciting range of projects in motion, they’re looking for a Commercial Director to drive sales growth, expand the menu, and enhance commercial viability across the UK. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of strategic, operational, and commercial expertise, along with experience in food and menu development. Ideally, they will have a background in luxury businesses within the UK, such as restaurants, hotels, or high-end fine dining venues, and possess a self-driven, creative approach to their work. Your position will include: Working with company and brand strategy team to plan and continue to adapt and diversify options for the venue
Appraise and review brand food/drinks/products, looking at ways to innovate and expand
Make change decisions based on pre-existing brand, preferences and growing trends
Taking a commercially savvy, analytical approach to change and development
Drive strong relationships between logics, executive teams and supply chains
