Warehouse Operative - (Bourne, Lincolnshire)
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our client's team at a busy tyre manufacturing factory in Bourne, Lincolnshire. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment, working hands-on with tyre production from start to finish using modern machinery.

- Bourne, Lincolnshire (own transport required due to location).
- £11.66 per hour.
- Monthly attendance bonus: £150 (equivalent to an extra £0.87 per hour).
- Monday to Friday - no weekends!
- Rotating shifts:
- 6 am - 2 pm
- 2 pm - 10 pm
- 10 pm - 6 am
- Tyre Handling: Work with tyres from the very beginning of the production process.
- Machine Operation: Operate diagnostic machinery and other production equipment.
- Casing Inspection: Perform visual checks of tyre casings to ensure quality standards.
- Manual Handling: Move and organise casings (this is a physically demanding role).
- Quality Control: Maintain company quality standards throughout the process.
