We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who will play a key role in supporting students with SEN in Key Stages 3 and 4.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to students with SEN, ensuring individual needs are met.
• Assist classroom teachers in creating an inclusive learning environment.
• Develop positive relationships with students to foster engagement and progress.
• Encourage the development of students' social, emotional, and academic skills.
• Collaborate with staff and external professionals to support the delivery of education plans.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN (desirable but not essential).
• A patient, empathetic, and resilient nature.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to promoting equality and inclusion.
• An understanding of alternative provision and its importance in meeting diverse educational needs.
