The Successful Applicant
A successful Tenancy Engagement Officer should have:
- Experience within the property or housing sector, ideally in a not-for-profit setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with tenants.
- Knowledge of tenancy agreements and housing regulations.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and using relevant software systems.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- A commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Competitive salary ranging from £32,338 to £39,524 per annum.
