Your new role
As an Assistant Site Manager, you will support the Site Manager in overseeing daily operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the management of site activities and workforce.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitoring project progress and reporting on key milestones.
- Maintaining quality control and addressing any issues that arise.
