The Role:
As a Cover Supervisor with Supply Today, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of schools, maintaining continuity of education in the absence of regular classroom teachers. Your responsibilities will include:
Supervising classes across a range of subjects and age groups.Delivering pre-set lesson plans and ensuring students remain engaged.
Managing classroom behavior in line with school policies.
Providing support to students, fostering a positive and safe learning environment.
Collaborating with school staff and adapting to different educational settings.
We are looking for individuals who:
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Can adapt quickly and confidently to different classroom environments.
Possess strong behavior management skills.
Are proactive, reliable, and flexible.
Ideally have experience working with young people, though this is not essential.
