As a Enterprise Sales Manager, you will:
- Networking and Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with the Accenture client teams and technology practices and key vendor partners.
- Service Introduction: Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our Cloud, Helpdesk, and Managed Services to prospective clients. Tailor presentations and demonstrations to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Pipeline Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Accenture vertical and technology teams. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of prospects and leads.
- Qualification and RFP Response: Assist in the qualification of opportunities. Collaborate with the bid teams to respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Strategy Execution: Define and execute a comprehensive sales strategy. Continuously review and adapt the strategy based on feedback and insights gained from working with the wider Accenture teams.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction. Demonstrate the ability to work within different teams and departments effectively.
- Can-Do Attitude: Approach all tasks with a positive, can-do attitude, especially while building our exposure within Accenture teams.
- Organized Approach and Reliable Delivery: Maintain an organized approach to all tasks and ensure reliable, timely delivery of services. Deliver on promises to ensure excellent feedback on ability to support bid teams.
- Entrepreneurial Approach: Adopt an entrepreneurial mindset to review and adapt strategies as we understand more about the needs of the wider Accenture teams.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics. Provide regular updates to senior management.
