About Exmouth Leisure Centre

Over at Exmouth Tennis Centre, you’ll gain experience working in one of the finest tennis facilities in the West Country. With sixindoor courts (four proflex and two acrylic), as well as outdoor courts, you'll be part of a team that supports tennis enthusiasts
of all abilities.
Both centres share a common goal—providing a welcoming, high-quality experience for every visitor—and as a candidate, you’ll beintegral to delivering that vision. Working across these two sites offers not only variety in your day-to-day responsibilities but

The Role
As a Front of House team member, you'll be the welcoming face of our centres, creating a warm and positive experience for everyvisitor. You will support both the café and reception areas, engage with members, and help promote our memberships and activities.
Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service across multiple channels, ensuring each member feels welcomed and
- Café Operations: Assist in food and beverage service, maintain stock and cash control, and ensure hygiene standards are upheld.
- Facility Supervision: Oversee the safety and cleanliness of the centre, ensuring that health, safety, and hygiene standards are
- Membership Sales: Promote memberships, handle enquiries, and follow up on leads to support sales targets.
- Administration: Manage point-of-sale, cash handling, bookings, and general administrative tasks efficiently.
- Proven experience in customer service, ideally within leisure, hospitality, or retail.
- Ability to manage point-of-sale operations and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety.
- Familiarity with food and beverage operations is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively.
