Consultant- Employee Experience & HR Transformation

YOUR ROLE

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Partnering with a diverse range of clients to shape and deliver sustainable business outcomes through programmes that help organisations rapidly adapt to and navigate complex HR transformations.
  • Generating innovative ideas and conceptual frameworks to address challenges, delivering hands-on solutions, and providing insightful, data-driven findings and recommendations, while identifying opportunities for additional sales or new business.
  • Actively contributing to the success of the team, helping to realise our vision of becoming the UK’s leading Employee Experience & HR Advisory practice by fostering a culture where every team member feels valued, empowered to deliver outstanding work, and encouraged to innovate, grow, and have fun along the way.

Your specific responsibilities will include – though will not be limited to:

  • Supporting delivery of projects by assessing current processes, providing risk assessment and recommendations
  • Owning individual pieces of work
  • Assisting development of team activities, strategic offerings, and innovation
  • Contributing to Capgemini Invent’s business planning and strategy execution
  • Developing credibility and legitimacy with your clients and being accountable

As part of your role, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:

  • Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
  • Internal contribution – Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
  • Learning & development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.

YOUR PROFILE

You will have proven experience in one or more of the following activities:

  • Design of new employee experience across an end-to-end employee journey
  • Design of an HR strategy and holistic health check of the HR function
  • Delivery of end-to-end HR Transformation building next gen target operating models for complex organisations
  • Design and delivery of upskilling for the HR workforce
  • Experience in change management and transformation in the HR space in large scale organisations
  • Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.
