What’s it all about?

As a marketing team, we work across multiple customer groups, which includes Schools, Parents and Tutors. In this role, you will work across these areas, with strategic focus on Schools, while executing commercial copywriting across all end-user-groups.

As such, we are looking for a commercially minded generalist marketer, with demonstrable strength in editorial and short-form copy that drives action with prospects. You’ll be equally comfortable developing strategy as you are deep-diving into copywriting or campaign execution.

With this cross-functional perspective, you will actively seek and identify opportunities for copy or campaign syndication, maximising the value of our marketing output.

Alongside flexing your copywriting expertise, you’ll be the go-to person when it comes to representing Schools to MyTutor stakeholders, updating on progress in reporting meetings, including how we’re performing against KPIs and our plan, and quality controlling our output for schools.

Safeguarding is everyone’s business at MyTutor. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and adults, and we expect all directors, staff and tutors to share this commitment. This post is subject to a basic DBS check as this role will have access to children’s data.

What’s in it for you?
  1. This is an exciting and unique opportunity to have a significant impact on not only a business but the futures of young people. You’ll be able to make impactful use of your B2B experience, while testing and developing your B2C skills.
  2. We provide access to high quality subscriptions from Reforge, Section4 and CXL so you can level up your marketing skills.
  3. Opportunity to work for a brand with real social purpose and quality of product: over 1,500 schools have trusted MyTutor as their education platform.
  4. Partner with different departments, we work very collaboratively as an organisation, we value individual and team contributions toward shared successes.
