Develop and implement a comprehensive programme of new ways of working that aligns with the goals of the EPR digital transformation programme.Work with EPR change and engagement colleagues to identify the skills, roles, and competencies needed to support the EPR digital transformation, and plan for future recruitment, development, and retention of talent.Collaborate with directorate teams to anticipate future workforce needs and proactively address gaps in skills and capabilities.
