City of London - Credit Controller

Role:

Our client is looking for immediate, temporary, Credit Controller to assist them for 3 months. You be will be responsible for following duties:

• Build strong relationships within Finance, Legal, Operations to achieve successful query resolution.
• Build effective relationships with customers to obtain payment.
• Use best judgement and initiative to chase for payment by Telephone, email & dunning.
• Negotiate payment plans with Finance management approval.
• Answering questions from Management and Sales regarding customer account status.
• Assist in adjustments, customer account reconciliation, obtaining withholding tax certificates, vendor setup, etc.
• Reduce overdue debtor days.
• Liaise with Legal to discuss problem accounts and take appropriate (agreed) action.
• Help to maintain customer details in ERP system, updating information as needed.
• Customer account research with the ability to analyse and resolve payment related issues.
• Send weekly account status report to Finance and Sales Management.
• Meetings with internal stakeholders
• Supporting shared AR inbox
• Build strong relationship with the Sales teams to resolve cash collection issues.
• Supporting management and AR function with ad hoc tasks as required.

Profile:

The successful, temporary Credit Controller will have 5+ years within Credit Control and have experience using Netsuite.

You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.

Salary & Benefits:

The temporary Credit Controller roles will be paying circa £150 - £160 per day dependant on experience.
