• Be enthusiastic about making a positive change to someone who is in need.
• Reliably commute to our community’s most needed (Runcorn, Widnes, Frodsham).
• Attend shifts based on Breakfast, Lunch, Tea-time and Evening visits.
• Be open for progression in care through promotion and fully funded courses (when available).
• Weekend availability is required. (at least every other weekend choose between either 8am-12pm or 4pm-10pm)

• We will train you and then some before you start your journey of caring with us.
• You will be in safe hands of our Senior Care Specialists until you are confident with your role.
• Your weekly work schedule to be delivered a week in advance tailored to your needs.
• A rate of pay that will not let you down. (Standard wage + Mileage + Travel time + Holiday pay).

The advertised pay rate is for the provision of companionship to personal care services.
