Job Description
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the purpose of the role is to ensure complete compliance to all quality standards including ISO & BRC
Duties will include:
- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance across all departments.
- Work with all departments to ensure root cause analysis is undertaken to facilitate continuous improvement projects and ways of working.
- Assist with complaint investigations to ensure appropriate corrective and preventative actions are taken as well as assisting in the closure of audit non-conformance's within the required timescales.
- Perform hygiene checks to ensure standards are maintained.
- Provide data for daily and monthly KPI reports and drive quality improvements across the site.
The Successful Applicant
A successful BRC and Compliance Coordinator should have:
- Exposure with BRC Process and Audits
- Proven Logistics Distribution and Supply chain Exposure
- A solid understanding of logistics and distribution processes
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to handle pressure and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Commutable to Swindon Daily
- Monday to Friday role - Days
- System and IT Literate
