Up to £27,000 OTE

We are seeking to recruit enthusiastic, motivated Telesales Representatives into our growing team, we are based in Lincolnshire.

CEMA Lighting is based in the rural Lincolnshire town of Market Rasen. We specialise in the very best energy-efficient commercial and industrial LED lighting solutions on the market. With a highly motivated team, we help businesses nationwide become more sustainable, reducing their carbon footprint by saving energy and lighting running costs.

• You will effectively and efficiently work to secure appointments for our Field Sales Consultants in line with corporate targets. As the first point of contact with potential customers, you play a key role in representing CEMA, understanding customer needs and driving new business opportunities
• Manage all data and records to effectively achieve the targeted data/appointment conversion as required by the business
• Identify opportunities and book appointments for the sales force with an emphasis on high-quality leads, cold and warm
• Full-time, permanent position
• Working Monday to Friday
• This role is either a remote role or if you live close to Market Rasen office based.

• Min 5 GCSE’s or equivalent.
• Telesales experience – are you a hunter? Do you have the skills to get past the gate keeper? This is a must!
• Experience of CRM systems such as Mondays (advantageous but full training will be given)
• Motivated and determined to exceed sales targets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Resilient & able to handle rejection
