Job Duties:
- Provide tailored support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Develop and implement individualised education plans based on students' specific needs
- Deliver engaging and interactive tutoring sessions to enhance students' learning experience
- Assess students' progress regularly and adjust teaching methods as needed
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure students' educational needs are met
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working with students with SEN
- Knowledge of SEN support strategies and interventions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of the UK education system
- Familiarity with SEN policies and procedures
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Special Education Needs
- Experience using assistive technology to support students with SEN

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
