Our client, a leader in designing and manufacturing soundproof cabins for modern workspaces, has first-hand experience working in shared environments and understands the challenges they present, such as a lack of private spaces and overbooked meeting rooms.

Their solution was created to provide moments of calm and productivity in busy workspaces. Crafted in France using recycled and recyclable materials, the cabins, accommodating 1 to 4 people, can be assembled in under 30 minutes.

In this role, you will spearhead the launch of our client’s product in Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands. Your main responsibility will be to drive sales and meet profit targets in these regions. This will involve developing and executing market entry strategies and ensuring the brand’s long-term growth and success.

The Role: Inside Sales Executive - German Language

Are you eager to make a significant impact? As our new Inside Sales Executive, you'll be at the forefront of a fast-growing client’s mission to grow. Your role is pivotal—building and managing a sales pipeline through dynamic multi-channel lead generation, qualifying and nurturing inbound leads, and driving the sales process to a successful close.

You must have German language skills at native level.

This isn't just any sales role. You'll collaborate closely with our client's sales team and country manager, while also receiving mentorship from Excelerate360’s seasoned sales leaders. Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

Are you a sales dynamo with a proven track record? We're searching for a talented Inside Sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take their career to the next level.

Key Requirements:

Sales Experience: Over 3 years of success in Inside Sales, especially in selling fast-moving office equipment or similar products.
Proven Prospecting Skills: You’re a master at cold outreach, LinkedIn networking, and driving new business opportunities.

Quota Crusher: A consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas and delivering top-tier results.

Tech-Savvy: Strong phone presence paired with expertise in sales productivity tools and online meeting platforms like Sales Navigator, MS Teams, Zoom, Webex, and MS Office.

CRM Proficiency: Experience working with Salesforce.com, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms is essential.
Exceptional Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Sales Mastery: Strong listening skills, stellar presentation abilities, and a knack for connecting with prospects.
Education: A degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
Language Proficiency: Fluent German and excellent English is required.
