Part Time Telemarketing Executive - Employment Specialists
A professional and growing Insurance Broker has an exciting opportunity for a Telemarketing Executive to join their Commercial Insurance team. Our Client are offering this role on a part time basis with flexibility to arrange working hours to suit you.You will be confident in a Sales environment and comfortable making calls to previous clients and new warm leads from Insurance enquiries.You do not need Insurance experience as its your communication skills that are most important.Once you have established contact and details of their requirements, you can pass them over to the Account Handlers to service their needs.Key Responsibilities of the Telemarketing Executive role include:Proactive use of internal Client database to call previous customers and customers with outstanding issuesCo-ordinating marketing plans and ideas to contact existing customersConfidence on the telephone and able to convey a professional and confident image of the business, demonstrating a positive outlook at all timesUnderstanding our Clients brand proposition and be able to articulate that to establish the relationship with your customers, while looking to understand their Insurance requirements To be successful in the Telemarketing Executive role you will demonstrate:Ability to build rapport in a professional manner with ClientsConfident and enthusiastic and able to cope with objectionsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsSales experience in professional environmentEffective working as a self-starter and co-operatively with team members
