Job Description - Network Support Coordinator - Part Time (15834) Overview Reporting to the Line Maintenance Manager and working within a team of 6 liaison engineers, you will oversee line maintenance contracts across the easyJet operational network.
Your role involves collaborating with external maintenance providers and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include reviewing invoices, raising purchase orders, ensuring invoice accuracy, and timely payments.
This position offers opportunities to develop skills, particularly in financial acumen. Key Responsibilities Learn and adapt to new IT systems and processes with team support. Ensure on-time supplier payments, prevent late charges, and manage supplier relationships.
Review supplier invoices for accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Manage end-to-end financial processes, assist in budget development, and coordinate hotel and travel arrangements for the team. Support aircraft damage cost recovery and administer the engineering contracts database.
Control departmental documentation and manage network instruction tracking and distribution. Oversee network communications and generate reports for the Line Maintenance Manager. Assist in developing dashboards and reports for standards assurance.
Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will: Be confident in learning new IT systems and processes. Possess strong skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook. Have solid financial process and control skills. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Be a team player with good organizational abilities. Be tenacious, hardworking, and willing to travel.
