What skills and experience we're looking for

You will work with pupils in Key Stages 1 and 2, to make learning accessible, irresistible, inclusive and effective. We would also request you take on wider responsibilities within the school.

You will need to:

• Have experience of working or volunteering with children, working with pupils with SEND is advantageous
• Display patience, empathy and passion for supporting children with additional needs
• Have high expectations of pupil outcomes and progress
• Develop good relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
• Be flexible, collaborative and supportive
• Be educated to GCSE or equivalent level, including at least a Grade 4 (previously Grade C) in English and Maths
