Warehouse Supervisor

Warehouse Supervisor required for a leading Transport & Freight Supplier in the Heathrow area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys managing a small team (6) a fast-paced, packing focused environment.....

It is imperative that you have some supervision experience and strong communication skills and at least one year expeirence in a senior role with the ability to organise a small team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise the team to ensure they meet and maintain all targets in regard to work requirements.
• Liaise with the Client and the management team to ensure smooth running of the operation.
• Packing / Build bags for flights accurately and correctly.
• Build packs correctly.
• Build flight requirement paperwork.
• Report to the Facilities & Key Account Manager, all issues affecting safety and the security of the warehouse, colleagues and visitors.
• Ensure that the warehouse area is kept clean and tidy.
• Ensure all products are ready for X-Ray.
• Ensure all paperwork is correct for transport.

• At least 2 years working experience in a Warehouse / Packing operation.
• To undertake Cargo Operative training upon successful completion of vetting process.
• An understanding of Health & Safety, Site Security awareness and Data Protection.
