We are seeking a dynamic leader who will challenge, inspire and drive school improvement to achieve the best outcomes for students. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly effective, professional and confident leader who has a proven track record of working effectively in a similar role.You will be working with the Headteacher and Leadership Team to help develop a strategic view for the school in its community in planning for the future needs and further development.
You will have:
- The ability to inspire and motivate staff, students, and families, with a focus on raising aspirations and achievement for all.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to develop and implement strategies to improve outcomes for students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, parents, and external agencies.
- A commitment to promoting the school’s values and ethos, with a focus on creating a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.
- Acts with pace and urgency being proactive, energetic and decisive
