Location: ECED Trust Hub - Garrison Lane, Chessington, Surrey KT9 2JS.
Contract Type:Full-time | Permanent Reporting to: CEO and Chair of Trustees
Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience. Final salary will be confirmed upon appointment in line with Trust policy.
Are you a proactive, highly organized professional looking to make a real impact in education? Every Child Every Day Trust is seeking to appoint an experienced and exceptional individual to support our CEO, Executive team and to provide governance professional services to the Board.
About the Role
This role blends high-level executive assistance with strategic governance support. You will provide critical day-to-day support to the CEO and Executive Team—managing schedules, coordinating communications, and enabling leadership capacity—while also leading the governance function across the Trust.You'll ensure legal and regulatory compliance, support Board operations, and drive improvements in governance practice.
We are looking for someone :
Who has experience supporting members, trustees, senior executives and governing bodies.
Who is an exceptional communicator, with the highest levels of written accuracy.
Can navigate complex, fast-paced environments with professionalism.
Is passionate about ethical, effective education governance.
