Technical Senior Manager
This role will be covering all sites within the group, however mainly based at their site in Prudhoe.

About the Technical Senior Manager Role
As Technical Senior Manager, you will carry out day to day business management of the division including contributing and setting ambitious yet achievable strategic targets.
Other responsibilities include:- Managing, coaching, mentoring and supporting the development of junior managers to lead their teams.
- Managing any HR queries that arise including the management of holidays etc
- Contribution to setting ambitious yet achievable strategic targets of the Division.
- Part of the Senior Leadership Team; developing and delivering on strategy, culture, continuous improvements, and goal setting.
- Ensuring the Division and people area delivering Platinum Customer Service.
- Ensuring the Division is suitably resourced with the correct people in the right role.
- Ensuring staff are motivated, enthused and have the resources to do their job.
- Business fundamentals are satisfied.
About You – Technical Senior Manager
As Technical Senior Manager, you will have strong senior management experience in an industrial/manufacturing/engineering environment. You will be a ‘people person’ with the ability to mentor and develop staff at all levels.
Other requirements include:- Experience of leading, coaching, developing and building multi-discipline teams.
- Experience in people management, change management, business operations and business finance.
- Knowledge, understanding and experience of HR legislation and practice and business QHSE requirements.
- Full UK Driving Licence
A DBS check will be required as part of the hiring process.
