EA to MDs in Internal Audit Leading Investment Bank Up to £26 per hour 5 days in office – near St Pauls & Farringdon An opportunity to join a leading investment bank and immerse yourself amongst some of the best EAs in the market! A well-established global investment bank with stunning offices near St Pauls and Farringdon, are looking for a polished, driven and personable PA. The role will support approx. 4 Managing Directors with heavy diary and travel arrangements, alongside additional duties and support to the wider team. The role is part of an admin team of 2 who are the centralised point for all support for the Internal Audit team. This opportunity will initially be a 12-month maternity cover, but with the potential to move into a different team internally after this period. While no day is the same regarding what you might end up doing, the team tend to start work between 8:30 and 9 am, finishing between 5 and 6pm, in office Monday to Friday. There may be paid overtime required during renowned busy periods such as month end, quarter end and year end. What you will do:
Providing administrative support to approx. 3 Managing Directors in a fast-paced environmentCoordinating complex internal and external meetings, either in person or via ZoomHandling a high volume of phones calls and interacting with senior leadership in a professional mannerMaintaining extremely detailed calendars and prioritizing meeting requests and all related logisticsCoordinating travel arrangements and processing related expense reports Preparing and distributing divisional correspondence, reports or other documents as requested Maintaining a strong understanding of firm policies to allow handling of certain issues independentlyResponsible for participating in general administrative duties, ad-hoc projects, committees and / or group events
Who you are:
At least 4 years of experience working as a Team Assistant or PA within a fast-paced corporate environmentRequires excellent interpersonal and communication skillsTeam player with a positive attitudeHighest degree of integrity, professionalism, diplomacy and discretion requiredStrong organizational skills, coupled with great attention to detailAbility to maintain high standards despite pressing deadlinesAbility to solve problems quickly and efficientlyStrong knowledge of general business and corporate culturesAbility to handle highly sensitive, confidential and non-routine informationSelf-starter with excellent anticipation skills; problem solving; follow upDemonstrated dependability and sense of urgency about getting resultsDemonstrates high degree of integrity and confidentialityComfortable working with people at all organizational levelsAbility to work well under pressure, adapt to unexpected events, prioritize and multi-task in a deadline driven environmentMust be able to prioritize a variety of time-sensitive tasksMust have excellent judgment; independent thinker and resourcefulStrong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Previous experience using Concur would be beneficial
