Purchase Ledger Administrator - Part Time A new permanent position based in Wynyard on a full time basis. The successful candidate will join a small finance team and report to the Group Accountant. Duties: Main point of contact for purchase ledger, dealing with all queries Matching, batching and coding of invoice Dealing with POs, requisitions, bills and statements Processing journals Petty cash Prepare payment runs Supplier statement reviews Updating new supplier details Accounts administration Ideally you will have experience in a similar role and the ability to multi task in a fast paced environment.
